Patch #5 News
Today sees patch #5 available on Steam for PC versions of F1 2012.
This update addresses the following issues:
The fixes listed above and those specific to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game are also being tested and verified on those platforms. As these versions require additional submission and authorisation from both Microsoft and Sony the release date for these will follow a little later than the PC version.
We are working on other issues you have reported via the forums, Facebook and Twitter and are working to fix them as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please note that we are still collecting feedback via our Technical Assistance forums and do encourage you to post your issues there being sure to include as much information as possible.
Thanks for your continued feedback!

Nice patch that fixes some frustrating issues like the chances of rain, smoking engine and penalties.
I DO want to ask again though, for these changes to take effect (especially likelihood of rain) do we need to restart our career?

I am curious why there has been nothing to address the issues that many users have seen in starting up Coop sessions. There are already quite a few bugs on this, and the only real reason I purchased this game.
Is this issue being looked at?

So this meens that we on PS3 and Xbox have to wait 2-3weeks longer for this patch to fix the weather, when Hood or someone said that the rain issue was gonna be fixd in patch 2 and 3?
And no...im not compleining or anything, I love the game, and the work by CM with 5patches allready! but just.... confused about it
