Hi all
I use a steering wheel with no assists on and play on professional, im currently driving for toro rosso,
im having a problem with keeping up with my team mate during the the race, I can out qualify him every time by a second but come race day hes a few seconds faster per lap even when im pushing the car to the max as if it was qualy,
even in rich mix hes faster,
any one have and sensible suggestions or experiencing the same?
Thanks in advance

My Only suggestion would be to stop worrying about catching up with your team mate.... Are you doing 100% races?
If so concentrate on your own race with the cars around you and stop trying to do qualy laps in the race,, it wont work.
Hold off until the pitstops and see where you are from that,, otherwise drop the AI difficulty until you are competative. I dropped from legend to preoffessional with HRT and i find myself posting just about faster laptimes than my team mate.
Im enjoying it to say the least. Dont be afraid to drop difficulty you bought the game to have fun and be competative do that until you can get a handle on the tracks and setups.

Thank for the reply good advice
I play on 50% find it 2 easy on the lower level
But come to think of it you are prob right on the set up advice in my last race i was a sitting duck on the straights prob should of ran less wing. Will have to spend more time working on them.
Cheers
Excuse my ignorance but are you new to F1? as in the game i mean. If so id suggest learning the tracks as best you can, and learn what works best for each track setup wise. I did drop it to intermideate to see what it was like but i was too fast for the car i had. I think they need a middle ground between proffesional and legend AI.
People seem to be posating either way to slow or too fast. £rd year in and they still cant even sort it out,, god knows what the hell they were doing over the last 12 months very sad indeed
