I'm into the 3rd season of my career. Season 1 with Toro Rosso I forget the path. Season 2 & 3 were with Red Bull and have both been Aggressive. I've read that there are choices involved with your R&D. Path, but I've never seen one. Did I miss something?

As far as I know ( someone please correct me if I am wrong) the only choice there is, is with the team itself. 

This means that if you are the number one driver you will get all the new bits first and your R&D will be the most agressive.

If you're the number 1 driver you will get an email where you can choose the r&d path.

Thanks Tourgott. I didn't realize this, because I have yet to become number 1 driver.
