F1 2012 – General Discussion

Hi guys,
I had a problem with my computer and I have to reinstall Windows and F1 2012.
Since, it’s impossible to choose a custom helmet.
However, all files are in the good folder … (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\F1 2012\characters\bespokehelmets\)
My 3 news helmets are not available in my profil !
Any Idea or suggestion ?

Ok, I didn't quite fully understand what you said, but I think I have an idea as to what you were trying to get at.

Im guessing what your asking is why the 3 new helmets you've put in to replace the old standard ones aren't showing in the profile? The answer to that is it won't unless you mod certain files, however the helmets should work in-game when your racing! I have exactly the same thing, profile helmet images are the old helmets, but my own custom helmets when actually racing. 

Im not sure which files it is you have to mod to get them working in the profile, but I can point you in the direction of the Race Department mod forums ( http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/forums/f1-2012-mods.140/ ) where you'll be better off asking there for help. If im right, then it shouldn't really be a problem as to what the profile images look like, just note down which helmets are custom ones and remember what they look like. That is however personal preference, so if you REALLY want them to look nice, then ask on the RD forums. And if that wasn't the question you were asking and the wrong answer, then if you can make it a bit more clearer, will be happy to help with that one too
