Default Best Way To Burn A Backup Copy??

I like to use my $90 CD's as masters - do the same with most CD's.
I copied the first CD with ClonCD (latest) and it doesn't work in my PC at all - kinda starts to, but won't.
Especially seeing how the case has been designed to snap CD's in half removing them etc - I wanna copy it and put it away.
Any suggestions?
I tried it with an "iso" and CloneCD's virtual drive thingy - no go either.

Keep the CDs in a soft cd holder or jewel cases. The game uses FADE and doesn't have a NOCD or fixed exe for it. If you were even able to copy the CD's, after about 5 minutes of gameplay, your controls would go to ****e anyway. Use the originals.

Alos not the best topic to post on the manufacturers website either
