Does the typical spear/shield/fist skill have an induction bar? What about the Gambit itself?

Do Wardens get medium armour from level 1?

How many Gambits are there of each length? (Yes we know there are 3 length 2's .)

Does every single one of the warden's abilities use the gambit system or has he some standard click-to-cast skills at hand?

Are the single gambit icons stored in the same bar where other characters store their skills?

How many different gambit icons do you get? Maybe I've missed something already said, I'm apologizing in advance.

As far as i have heard the warden has great soloability, but what about groups?

I mean as far as i know his ports, heals, runspeed buff etc. all works only on him

So why should a group take a warden with them?
what can he contribute to the group, that makes him the choice to take..?

the most basic question i would like to know...
its said that warden is master of solo playstyle...
so...will warden be able to win spars against loremasters/burglars/runekeepers i played well? or does he apply to the rule loremaster>all?

And yet another question:
How will look wardens crow control/snare ability?

How will wardens fare in PVP? Will they have a difficult time getting their combinations off against monster players?

Why should a group take a warden for any other reason then as a filler class? Why should he be preferred over a burglar, champ or guardian?

No gambit skills have inductions. The process of builing up the correct icon pattern to execute advanced Gambits is sufficient delay.

Wardens have the use of all of their equipment at level 1, medium armor, medium shields, shields, javelins, and 1h weapons.

I don't have time right now to list all the Warden skills and gambits. Check out the LoTRO forums. There is a lot of that type of information getting posted from the Beta testers now that the NDA is lifted.

Almost all of the Warden's melee skills are part of the Gambit system, either generating gambit icons or the Gambits themselves. The Warden does have other skills outside of the gambit system, primarily the javelin skills and various utility skills.

I believe that Wardens are a valuable addition to any group. The Warden's primary role is to attract the monsters' attention so that they attack the Warden rather than the less defensive members of the fellowship.

How Warden's fare in PvP and sparring is something you will have to discover on your own. Player skill has such a huge impact that anything I could tell you would be meaningless.

It is probable that building up icons for long Gambits will be more difficult, but the icons in the display are only lost when the Warden is out of combat so Wardens will eventually be able to use any of their gambits. The javelin skills are also a big help in Pvp.

Hello Graal!

What weapon alternatives can the Warden use? It has been mentioned ((I think)) that the Warden can use something different to the spear but will lose a substantial buff. Will a warden be able to use a bow at all, even if it means losing any javelin-based skills?

We're slowly trying new things; the addition of the Rune-Keeper in Moria, a straightforward magic using class, is a pretty big step in that respect. It's not something that a pure Tolkien lore person would accept, it just couldn't exist in Middle-Earth.On the other hand, this is an RPG, it must exist
