Greetings, the runekeeper looks interesting. In attunemnt with the DPS, it does seem to pack a descent punch. However i'm interested how he will compare to the hunter and champ DPS-wise?

Given the fact that I understood the concept correctly, the runekeeper ist able to change from the damage-side to the healing side with 14 uses of a healing spell in a row. With a cooldown of 3s per spell (as can be seen in the devdiary) this means that a Runekeeper is able to turn from a glasscannon to a full-healer within 42 secs (let's say a minute).

Are my calculations correct? If so, don't you think thats a little out of balance?

What kind of CC skills does the Rk have.

Does is have any "escape skills" like hunters Desperate Flight or more likely Minstrels still as dead.

How easy will it be to switch from healing attunement to DPS attunement and vice versa and is it indeed possible to go from balance to full attunement in 30 seconds or is there a catch?

How many healing and DPS skills does the RK have when balanced, and can the RK still use ANY healing skill when at full DPS mode, as some have speculated. Or are all skills from one side blocked when the attunement is full on the other side with only the balance skills available at all times?

And finally, what the monkey-trousers is lightening damage? What is it good for and will it be available as a dmg type on weapons (just a wee bit OT I know)

And one question for Liquilla....did you just cope paste an old message?
Or is this some kind of time travelling thread that closes before it opens somehow, or could you mean 17th july 2009?
In which case i think we will be out of questions by then anyway

Could you please give us an idea of how a RK's healing (when fully attuned) compares to that of a minstrel, and perhaps reassure us that we'll still be the undisputed best healers in the game?

Edit: I realize a RK's healing is mostly HoTs, but the dev diary mentioned that:
1. they could stack them, and
2. they had a few ways to burst heal.
The combination of those seems like they could easily replace a minstrel while having the flexibility of dealing large amounts of DPS (which, in spite of War-Speech, we still lack - not that I don't love our stance). What I'm asking for isn't a detailed account of what they can and can't do, but a rough impression. In the healing department, are they head and shoulders above minstrels? In our league? Playing catch-up?

Will the runekeeper don't fight with some weapons like a sword or other weapons ? If yes, how will the Rune-keeper fight in meele ? Fight with some big stones ? breaking orc-heads ?
