Default don't buy the game until ...

This is the second time that I bought Race Driver (have Pro Race Driver for ps2) & I'm disapointed & frustrated with the way Codemasters didn't do a good job testing the game before realising.

I actually returned Pro Race Driver, because how buggy the PC version was & Codemaster tech supp didn't really have any solutions.

Now my computer meets recommended spec requirements (Ahtalon 1.4, 512mb RAM, Win 2000, ATI Radeon 8500 (32mb), Creative Labs Live sound card). I've updated all my drivers & still bull****:

- droped frame rate on game play & video play (eventhough I set it to the lowest possible settings!)
- my Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel's force feedback is not recognized by the game.

To be honest I'm fed up with Codemasters negligence in testing their games before the release. I'm returning mine today.

I suggest we all stand up together & don't buy the game until (or return the one you bought) until Codemasters will fix the issues with it. If we don't, again just like with Pro Race Driver Codemasters won't do a thing to fix the problems.

You've got to realise that publisher's reccommended specs for a game rate among the greatest works of modern fiction. You have to add a minimum of 500Mhz, usually a whole Gig, to every CPU spec listed on a game case, double the graphic card spec and never set out for a new PC game without at least 1GB of fast DDR Ram in your rig.

My rig's barely a year old, and very powerful, but I can sense the hand of time is already upon its shoulder... oh well, here we go again.

There's nothing wrong with TRD2 - I assure you it runs just fine. Your PC is the offender here - and Codies misleading specs.

It runs sweeter than a sweet thing from sweet city for me.
As the man above said, it's ya prehistoric rig son (no offense), no more no less.
