PreOrder: no active "LOTROBeta" subscription?!?

Hey,
i just added my pre-order information on the cogaccount system and it is shown as active. when i try to login i get the message that i dont have an active beta subscription... but i dont wanna play beta, i wanna play the pre-order and cause its already online it seems that only people with accounts that had an beta account are able to play.
i have another account where i have my beta accounts but this one is my main where i have my active subscriptions running

Anyone any idea whats wrong?

Do you have 1.12?

Check on COG Accounts that you have applied the correct subscription to the correct account - you should have the pre-order subscription running.

Hi Frehir,

If your comfortable with this it may also be worth checking your TurbineLauncher.exe.config file within the games directory is like the following under appsettings... if you do need to change anything i would advise you backup your original first
