I think I read somewhere else that you have to be wearing the piece of armor/helmet/weapon when you imbue it in order to trigger the achievement.
I personally haven't fully imbued a set yet, but something to try would be to put on your fully imbued steel helmet and weapon, forge another steel set of armor, wear it, and then imbue it. If that doesn't trigger the achievement, I'm not sure what to try. (I also read a rumor that you may need forge and then imbue the entire set for steel. Again, just a rumor, but one more thing you could try.) |

Tiny update after testing - I was wearing the full set of starter steel gear and fully imbued it. As soon as the last piece was imbued, I got the achievement. So it doesn't need to be a set that you forged yourself.

Turalyon, I think both I and TheDarkLord are talking about the 360 version of the game. To check your achievements you can always check your gamercard to see which ones you have unlocked, and doing things like collecting the smelters, getting a mistress, beating heroes, etc will unlock achievements.
I'm not sure if the PC version has a way to track the exact same things, but you can view your completed quests using the tower heart in either version. |
