Test server

The one thing I really liked about SWG, was that they had a public test server which was loaded up with the changes prior to migrating them into the live servers.

Given the recent problems in the US around the launch of Module 1, prehaps Turbine and CM should look to setting up a test server, just so we can run through the changes and give them a live test prior to the official launch.

I'd like to have a go at the up an coming updates before they are released. Also this will enable feedback about them before being releaed on the rest.
