What are you talking about? Spikegrowth? Spikegrowth and entangle are super secret ranger art, the secret hidden ranger society will kill anyone who tries to scribe a scroll of these and destroy the scroll of course.

Seriously, while I encourage every ranger to not only use barkskin, what should that be good for? With my 18 wisdom I have not seen any creature yet that failed to save the spikes (and i´m not talking about higher level quests only), and the duration is a joke even at lvl 14. So what is a scroll of that good for (spell lvl2 and caster lvl8?).

Thinking of multiclassing? Just a splash? Or deep models.
A pure bard that fights? Yes, right here.
ZOMG caught on video!

Did you just tell me there´s an exploit where you can make the abbot bug, like in does not move and attack and thus can be chopped to pieces? Hmmm....

I don´t really want to know - besides that, such a creature without a) spell immunity that lets him ignore the spell or b) freedom of movement that lets him ignore the spell or c) anything else that lets him ignore a lvl2 ranger spell...
