Default repeat a question

im personally not interested in the questchat (when you speak to the nsc to get the quest)

and would like to get an easy button to repeat a quest

or at least a good formatting of the sentences so that i can click 3-5 times on the same area (your answers to get the quest again)

its annoying to talk to the nsc, click, click, click and whoops ended conversation because on the last 3 spots to get the quests is now "im not interested"

They sort of have this implemented already. You can use Ctrl-F1 to F10 to choose the options. My biggest gripe is that some conversations don't implement this. Example would be the Depths of X in House D. The quest giver's conversation will sometime accept the Ctrl-F1, while sometimes they won't (depending on how far into the conversation you are).
