I have to say that most of the monters you can find in this game seem to be under the effect of "improved warp time": they can move faster than you even if you are under the effect of haste. I think this thing must be fixed.
I'm playing a ranger with 26 DEX and in light armor: during the relic mission on elite those heavy armored balckguards run faster than me even when I have haste !?!? I think this is not fair. Why don't you introduce a rule similar to the one present in the PnP version (when you wear heavy armors your rate of movement is lowered) and adjust the rate of movement of all the monsters giving them the same they have on the monster manual rulebook ? I hope I won't be the only one who noticed this "bug".

Noone noticed this thing ?
Am I the only one that find strange not to be able to tumble away from a warriror in heavy armor because he can run faster than me ignoring the fact that I have light load, wear light armor and am under the effect of haste spell ? I think it to be a non sense ?!

. My sorc outruns any blackguard without any boost. If i have exp. retreat on I have to stand on the breake most of the time not to loose them when I pull. I don't use haste at all. Well I have 20% striding boots . Maybe u don't have striding ? And as a ranger, what about longstrider? But even my fighter with only +10% boots can easyly outrun the blackguards. So, no, I never realized that problem.

I'm agree with you...
Some mobs move really more quickly than they should... Best example for me are zombies and squelettons... I think they urgently need to be slowed...

i agree too. what makes it seem even worse is that they "slide" and "twist" like crazy on any type of surface. until they have locked aggro and start attacking on someone, they move like a puppet that has its strings pulled randomly towards any direction.
and they don't just run fast. they ALL run fast. it doesn't matter if it's a crawling zombie or a flying mephit, they are olympic games rdy. |
