1 time Re-do feats option

Hi,
I heard that with all the changes there will be offered a one time re-do your feats option ( respec ) if you like - is this true, personally I think this would be great for alot of people that made mistales or due to changes in the way some feats now work, would need a change without delete re/grind etc.

How do others feel about this?
