Down time shouldnt be so long, after a long hard day in the office, you find out the servers are down, maybe do one server at a time.

Bit more freedom as in leaving the cities.

Bit more to do some solo stuff.... TRAINING ROOMS (that last longer)

when doing a quest, have an option to highlight a quest which is difficult to find..

Nice suggestions, except for the first one maybe... imagine if that's your server that is the one down
