11 Hours Downtime

Firstly i understand the need for downtime, BUT if its going to be 11 hours of it (especially running over by 2 hours on the orginal estimate) - How about doing it during the night !!!

This service is payed for, and i dont think its good enough!

Well since this is a job for them, i would think that they have the right to do this during their regular working time.
I also think that it was a long downtime, but im shure they did all they could to keep the downtime minimal, so lets not forget they are human to, lets cut them some slack.
