Default Times given in notes

PLEASE give times in GMT (UTC) as those of us not in Europe might have no idea what BST is ?!?

Help, because GMT is international

Should not be that hard to have a command:

BST is daylight saving in the UK. GMT is constant, British Summer Time (BST) is GMT +1.
