German mission 1 ###SPOILER WALKTHROUGH###

Objectives
1# find cover from the planes
2# cross the bridge
3# destroy the radio-halftrack

this is a fun map first task it to ride the tanks into the farm best way is to use direct controle then you have to take the bridge and kill the allieds soldiers on the other side last task is to destroy the halftrack best way to do this to take cover at the back of the far house from the 2 antitankguns and use direct controle to throw a antitank grenade

I just can't do this mission, I feel so horrifically guilty at killing fellow Brits.

Hint:
- After 'parking' the tanks, go fully left of map and with 2 or 3 men, cross river and start from behind wall to destroy the US site...(or was it Brits...?).

- first take out left artillery when men are behind wall. (use cover from one man who stays south of river to be sure...)
- after this area is cleared, I used the SVT (sniper rifle) to snipe off the bridge defenders.

i had to replay it because of the new patch but if yuo cross the bridge and stay far away from the atgun take cover behind the huose and you can throw a at grenade to destroy the halftrack with out taking to much trouble

1) Move all three tanks within firing range of the American APC and out builds
2) Use HE shells only for all tanks. Use 2 tigers to destory out buildings/APC etc. Use third tank to take out infantry coming over from the bridge. Tip Destory as much as possible

3) When the time reaches around 45sec start to pull back the tigers to the barn.
4) Pull back the last tank around 35secs
5) Hide tanks in the barn
6) After planes have gone. Use the infantry to mop up the enemies around the bridge.

I always go for 100% casualties (enemy side of course, when otherwise i quickly load a savegame before the yappin' starts :P ).

What i did here i Direct Control drive the tank into farm. Easy enough.

Get to the damaged halftrack and get some more ammo and stuff, when a brit comes along, shoot him.

Then i took all the men way to the left to take out a few men walking around.
then when i went towards the bridge i made sure the artillery didn't spot me, so i took a long way around. When a brit crosses the bridge, take him out, nobody else will follow.
Then i went to the right of the bridge and set up in the trees.
From there you can gun them all down except maybe the most far one. Swim over and snipe da guy down.

Gather their stuff if needed.

2 guys across the road are dealt with easily.

Next i went to the right of the town. 1 man went to take out the guys at the left corner (not even needed).

The rest went around to teh back of the town, took out a few guys.

The loner in front took out a few guys in the middle, take care the truck doesn't have too good a shot. Switch places out of sight, shoot once with sniper and change place again. (not even needed)

The guys at the back crawled to a good spot and threw an anti tank grenade, BOOM !!! and done...

I loaded my last save game to first take out the last artillery piece and the loner took out the front one (this part wasn't easy).

That's it.

The next mission sucks ass... haven't beaten that one yet. Most UK and US missions are ok. Haven't started Russians yet.
