History:

In the early days of Galifar, three wizards' circles took shape in the southern kingdom: the Esoteric Order of Aureon, the Guild of Starlight and Shadows, and the Closed Circle.

The wizards of the Closed Circle specialized in transmutation, conjuration, and necromancy, and they sought to unlock the secrets of the daelkyr and the Qabalrin, as well as the power of the Dragon Below. In 641 YK, the Closed Circle was supposed to be obliterated by the combined force of the Church of the Silver Flame and its two rival circles. But its workshops and mageholds, filled with dark and deadly secrets, may still be hidden across Breland or Darguun.

Despite the general knowledge of The Closed Circle being destroyed, it still lives on, more hidden than ever, and accepting members of all races and classes, to slowly rebuild its power and gain a strong presence in Stormreach, hidden away from the eyes of the Coin Lords.

The Closed Circle wants power, over the living, over the dead and everything that entails.

OOC Info:

The guild will be a roleplaying guild, there will be no rushig through quests, no powergaming and number crunching, just some good old roleplaying and having fun with each other.

Depending on the number of members we can get, I will organise some live player events, where storyline and interaction with other guilds will be most important.
