I've got this problem and there are plenty of reports of the same thing on other forums, at times the game is unplayable.
will try the various suggestions here and post back but from what I've seen elsewhere they dont fix the problem. |

the only one that seems to work is to move your profile and game save to a memory card and totally disconnect the HDD.
its worked for most people who have the issue but the only problem is that most peopel wont have a memory card as we all have HDD. an official response from Codies would be good !!!!!! |

its a choice between play the game fine but with no replays with XBL profile and game saves from a memory card or put up with the freezes ingame and view your stuttery replays. i know which one i will choose for now. like i said before what is needed is an official response from Codies to tell us the following :- A. what the problem is/related to. B. official temporary solution to the issue. C. if its going to be patched and if so when ????? Uncle Chewy was quick enough to ask the first of us who reported the issue to do some testing and asked questions relating to the issue but we have had no response back as to how to fix the problem. if you ask the public to test things at least answer them !!!!! |

guys, ive just played for a couple of hours online and had no problems. this problem must be linked to the replays in the single player

The best temporary measure is to copy your gamertag to a mem card, remove the hard drive and run the game that way. Replays and caching will be disabled, though instant replay will still work as this caches to memory. I hope this helps in the short term. |

Also having the same problems, as bad as that YouTube video.
Done all the usual silly things like the HDD cache clear bobbins and it makes no difference. Its an 360 Arcade with 20GB HDD attached with about 8GB free. In its current state the game is totally unplayable. |
