Last I heard, the Japs weren't happy when that Rat-Tank of theirs went down Tokyo Avenue. They had to close down the street for a week, now they plan on another four weeks of fixing the roads! I also heard one of those tanks fell through part-way and ended up blocking the sewage lines of most of the district, but of course we wouldn't hear anything about that.
