Bow damage , not doing it!

Im curious, during my level run to lvl 33 i've noticed from time to time that i get the damage numbers over the mob but its hp doesnt move one bit, say i do a swift shot, 2 shot 108.0% of ranged weapon + 64 damage, depending on the mob i get between 100-200x2 in damage but when in melee range sometimes swift shot shows damage above the mob but the hp of the mob doesnt lower equally to what is shown.

Its not lag related because it doesnt take effect after a while, the damage just is not done.

Also on some mobs greens and blues mostly i notice sometimes that i get some kind of kick butt hit that kills the mob, and no its not merciful shot, simple auto melee hits. Its happened twice so far!

Im not complaining but it doesnt look right in my eyes, anyone else noticed this.

I noticed this lately in some group fights, but was under the impression that the dmg got subtracted right after winding up the skill but before the arrows actually hit. Not sure though.

There's definitely something weird going on.

i cant be sure but i think ur on the right track, ive noticed that it subtracts all dmg when first arrow hits
