Default Is my Quick Shot broken?

My Quick Shot ability seems to have no slow-down effect on mobs and does not mention the slowdown effect in any skill description.

I remember this being the main feature of the skill in earlier levels (40% reduction in speed if I am not mistaken - which I often am).

I thought maybe a trait cancelled it, but none of them mention taking away this ability.

Was it "nerfed"? Or was I hallucinating? Or both?

Do the stances have other effects on abilities?
Where should I look for that info?

Try hovering the mouse over the stance icons in the toolbar and you will get a tooltip explaining it's funcion.

Well, there is the endurance stance that reduces your amount of power used when firing specials and the precision stance that makes it harder for your enemies to evade or block your shots.

There is also a trait that in combination with your precision stance that gives you one focus every five seconds (my personal favorite ). It can be usefull in groups when you are working your way towards the end boss. I use it on the path to the end boss and switch to endurance stance when fighting the end boss. It has saved my skin quite a few times, since the combination trait/precision stance builds up focus rather fast.

Mine works fine - I use Strength Stance and pull with QuickShot whenever I Solo or Duo. The mob rarely gets to me before it's dead.

PS: The description of Stance: Strength(for anyone who hasn't read it) is:
Quote:
You take a stance which increases the damage of your shots, while increasing the power cost and threat of your attacks Toggle Skill While in Strength Stance, your Quick Shot will slow your target's movement. Increases damage dealt with Ranged Skills by 10.0%
Increases Power cost of bow skills by 10.0%
Increases the Threat you generate by 10.0% Power Cost: 6 Recovery Time: 5 s

It doesn't always hit the target hence why the mobs don't slow down after you fire the shot off, it can miss, be blocked, evaded so it isn't a guaranteed hit.

Even if the shot does hit the slow effect can be resisted by the target, although that doesn't happen all that often.
