I reckon so.
It's quite frustrating, but it has happened over and over. "Announce minor competition/event that has been done before" "Add time" "Add more time - still nothing" rinse and repeat It's not exactly rocket science, picking out some screenshots and make a poll, but it seems to command untold resources in here? Why even bother to announce the screenshot competition takes off again, if you haven't the time to set it up?

The reason for the delay was approvals, when you are working with third party licenses a lot of things, especially those going on the website, must go through the approval process. Which can take up to 30 days unfortunately.
