Problems with XP

Been playing and killing and winning, but still my XP remains the same 90XP to next rank. Is there a bug in the game that prevents you from gaining XP or is it something i'm not doing?
I'm a Lance Corpral and have been for ages no matter how many games i win or people i kill.
Any thoughts on the matter or ways i can solve it let me know

Just a recommendation, post this in the proper forum for the game or at least mention which game you're talking about. Personally I have no idea.
