never thought of it this way. But im still looking forward to playing MW2, but your probably right about the waiting thing, this is just a game for 'people' to play while they are waiting for MW2!

not buying mw2 because im trying to avoid annoying kids on xbl...alot of people will leave flashpoint and never come back but how many is alot??.....i have a feeling the game will be a ghost town after mw2 drops and without a decent number of players good luck on getting anything fixed on the game or decent dlc...it had alot of support before release and look what they released...now imagine how bad it may be with no community left

will they attempt to turn it around or just abandon it and cut their losses

I want bad company 2 more than MW2. I am going to say that the online is going to be better.

I will for sure not be getting the game, the lack of dedicated servers alone is a reason not too (a hint for another gaming company as well), and besides that in a developer chat they confirmed that the PC version has a max of 9 vs 9 , and that there will be no LEAN feature in the game (again a hint for another gaming company as well).

And in answering on whether the PC version will be a console port then one of them said that it is not because the PC version has mouse support ( I do not know if it was a joke or not but I will not be surprised if it was not ).

Seriously gaming companies seems to be doing a very good job at dragging PC gaming into the mud. Dice has a good oppertunity to get a nice PC community together now I`d say.
