Default Runekeeper DPS parsing - The real deal!

Ok before it all kicks off on Thursday afternoon. . .

I thought I'd post some figures the Guys over the pond have spent a lot of time working on. Showing how much damage we ACTUALLY do rather than what others THINK we do in the new patch.

If anyone has been following the post Bk7 posts there have been a great many posts on the US boards about how 'Overpowered' the Runekeeper is. How Runekeepers are critting creeps for 4000+ 'all the time' and how unfair it all is (pauses to imagine to the usual WoW-style MMO tears, gnashing of teeth, beating of chests and unjustified self-gratifying emo-raging). Not helped of course by some members of the US Runekeeper community 'Emo-boasting', posting their massive crits out of context, and generally rubbing it in.

It was bound to happen! There always has to be someone else to blame/focus ire on and unfortunately we (Runekeepers) seem to have become 'flavour of the month'. Which in MMO land is a bad place to be. It attracts the loonies.

This post however IS NOT ABOUT THAT!
This post is about maintaining perspective.
Like the OP says in the link. . .

I went to a lot of trouble to do this, don't be rude and just make generalizations - there are other threads for that going around.
I won't report obviously - it's not my information - I'm just passing it on.
But please don't hijack or post without figures and information to back-up you post. There are plenty of posts (or even start a new one) out there where you can happily do so.

From US boards.

What we wish other classes knew about Runekeepers.

Thanks to all the guys for the work they've put in.
I'll post more links as the information appears.
Hope that helps

Thanks for this Mcginty, and also a big thanks to Greenie30 for spending his time to get this information. Maybe Creeps and Hunters will now see that we are not Over Powered, and that our Epic Conclusion crits need a lot of traits and buffs to actually have a chance to be "Epic".

Thanks again Mcginty.
