I have a question about Epic Conclusion.
With the new update this skill will be improved (update discription: Epic Conclusion now bypasses all tactical resistance. Its base damage has increased, power cost reduced and critical multiplier has been removed. ).
But will it still holds the following:
+50% damage on critical hits. And the debuff After using this draining skill, all Battle attunement skills will have their power costs increased by 50% for 10s.?

And what are Thunderous Words and Harsh Debate Buffs and on what level do you get them? Because the patch will also update Closing Remarks. This talent will give 75% more damage for every buff of this type you have active and -60sec cooldown.

in bk 7 epic conc wont do +50% dmg on crits and thunderous words and harsh debate buffs come from 2 diffrent traits and apply sometimes when using ceaseless argument and scribes spark
