A COG representative has posted in this thread Current Known Issues: Module 7: The Way of the Monk

Below is a list of some of the Known Issues that we are aware of in the game. Should you come across any of these issues in the game, there is no need to submit a bug report unless otherwise noted.

Current Known Issues: Module 7: The Way of the Monk
  • Items that you have equipped, but do not have locked, will appear in the “sell” tab. Be careful not to accidentally sell equipment you are wearing!
  • The DC listed for combat feat tooltips does not include bonuses from enhancements and feats. This is a visual glitch only; they are still being added to the actual DC in combat.
  • G15 keyboard LCD displays currently show Spellpoint totals for non-casters. The hitpoint totals displayed as a result of changes to a player’s constitution bonus are sometimes displaying inaccurately.
  • Zoning removes the affect of Lesser, Improved, and Greater Regeneration applied by raid loot. Re-equipping the raid loot items after zoning will reapply the effect.
  • Some AOE debuff/cc spells are listed in the tooltips as "Spell Resistance: No", even though they are resistible.
  • Named desert items, such as the Sirroco, bound using the Stone of Change will lose the bound effect when you reenter the game.
  • Some handwraps weapon effects are not working properly. Additionally, the eldritch device is currently not accepting handwraps. Please continue to place Tasty Hams in the devices instead.
  • Clerics may receive an erroneous message regarding a lack of Ki when using the Divine Light enhancement.
  • The Eyegouger’s Basement quest has been temporarily closed while we re-educate the NPCs in the fine art of walking.
  • When attempting to repeat the “Ghost of a Chance” quest, the quest bestower mistakenly states that you are repeating the quest “Prove Your Worth”. This is a visual error only.
  • The monk ability Way of the Badger is not currently generating the appropriate amount of Ki.
  • The Rogue Assassinate attack for Way of the Assassin II is not working properly.
  • The monk ability Fist of Iron is not adding to the unarmed critical multiplier.
  • Greensteel bows are currently not properly applying blast effects.
  • HP regeneration items are currently negating the effects of Monk Wholeness of Body. Unequipping the regeneration item will allow Wholeness of Body to take effect.
  • The Tolmerolask, Marraenoloth of the Shroud, for its own nefarious purposes, has temporarily decided it will not display items to repair. We hope to convince it to reconsider this decision in the near future, and resume its previous nefarious plan of item repairs.
  • Spell resistance provided by the monk ability Diamond Soul is not displaying properly on the character sheet. This is a visual error only, and the spell resistance is being applied.
  • UPDATE - The drag and drop feature of collectable, gem, etc bags is not currently working. In order to remove items from these containers back into regular inventory, you can select the item in a bag and use the arrow to transfer it into your normal inventory space. Additionally, some special containers – such as those found in the Necropolis - have no arrow to remove the items back into your inventory. Be very careful about placing items in these containers, as you will not be able to remove the items from the containers at this time.
  • Metamagic abilities currently work on monk Finishing Moves. This is not intended, and will be changed in the future.
  • Monsters who are killed using attacks which destroy the corpse (freezing, disrupting, banishing, etc) will not drop the items for Once A Day quests
  • Alchemical bonuses used on armor and shields consume the ingredients, but the bonuses are not being applied.
  • NEW – When removing items from the bank, make sure your inventory is not full. Attempting to drag items directly onto your equipment slots when you have a full inventory can result in the loss of those items. Be sure to clear some room before you make that trip to the bank! This will be fixed soon.
  • NEW - A number of monsters may not spawn into the world properly if their spawn point is covered with a wall of fire, acid fog, or other damaging AoE spell. Skeleton’s, liches (Wizard King), and scorpions seem to be the most wary.
  • NEW – Coyle has decided that he wants to be even more helpful to his party members. Unfortunately he decided the best way to do this is by attacking inanimate objects.
  • NEW - Wall of Fire can cause some phasing monsters, such as wraiths and shadows, to become immune to fire damage for a while.
  • NEW - The action point display icon may show an inaccurate number of action points are available for training. This is corrected on log out.
  • NEW – Avast! Leaving certain quests in Three Barrel Cove area will sometimes cause the ‘Recall’ button to not appear.
  • NEW – We are aware of issues with the chat and friends lists, and are investigating these problems. If you are experiencing issues with your friends list or chat, please continue to submit bug reports to us.
Other Known Issues:
  • Improvements have been made to the game's launcher, in order to become more compatible to Windows Vista. However, some users may encounter errors if they have already adjusted Vista permissions to get the game to work.
  • Players have reported that they sometimes get stuck on long ladders. Many of these ladders have been fixed, but there may be other locations. If you come across a sticky ladder or any other "stuck spot", please submit a bug report from that location.
  • Remember, that just like wearing loose articles on a roller coaster can be dangerous, it may also be unsafe to do so during a recall out of raids. When attempting to guide your team mate across the chasm in the 2nd puzzle room of the raid, please be sure to remove your goggles before recalling after failure or success, as recalling with the goggles equipped could cause your party to become stuck during the loading screen. Should you become effected by this, please log in with a different character, and contact in-game support using the "?" button for assistance.
  • If you have not received your 9th character slot, you may need to go talk to NYX to unlock it.
  • When examining an item, the full description of effects are not shown automatically. To see description of effects, you'll need to hover over the effect name.
  • When breaking a crate or barrel, you or your friend(s) may hear the sarcophagus sound effect.
  • Dying just before completing a quest may cause the "Finish" button to become unclickable. Minimizing the quest objective window and then maximizing it again will fix this issue.
  • In some cases, a caster may incorrectly receive an error message that they are out of range or that they must face their target, even though this is not the case.
  • If you're already queuing to PVP using the standard match-up process, and your party chooses to use the new Group PVP functionality instead, your UI may not update to reflect the change. (i.e: It will still appear as if you're queued and waiting for a match-up)
  • One of the traps in Foundation of Discord cannot be disabled by its control box.
  • Due to an issue with the engine upgrade, other player's characters may appear to be "choppy" in movement at times. This does not effect your own character, only other characters you are viewing.

Also Add recalling from Stormcleave causes loading screen lock and when you try to log back in you are stuck on cleaning up character from anywhere to 15-20 mins. Also logging out from Stormcleave as a way around it does not work.

Can I just check? - the "Other known Issues" seems to be Mod5:

I didn't see the: "Sneak mode attacking not working for dwarves with a shield and a weapon equipped" problem with mod7.

The bug reporting procedure doesn't work that fast Duril.

QA have to confirm the issue before it would get added to the official list. Invariably we end up with an unofficial/unacknowledged list created by players:

I cannot write in that US-based Turbine forum (at least with this same normal login name to Codemasters EU). Some others have reported the bug there, but not in it's full form.

How long will it take then? All those issues above marked as "New" went into the list immediately. I consider this bug even more important than the "removing items from bank" issue. You can easily avoid the bank bug, by making sure that inventory is not full then. But there is nothing you can do about this bug. Except one of these:

-Don't be a dwarf
-Do not use any shield (even though you are a tank)
-Or, do not make any sneak attacks when using a shield and 1H-weapon (even though these are your main weapons)

(This bug can also potentially kill you. If you go into sneak mode and do not find the button to come out of it fast enough, you are a sitting target and cannot fight back)

PS. I have confirmed the issue for you and can 100% guarantee that it is a bug that appeared in mod7. For example, I made a new human and a dwarf warrior just to test that it is not only a problem with my current characters.
I bought a shield for them and then searched barrels and enemies to hit.
I made sure that I had a shield and a weapon equipped and went into sneak mode. With (all different weapon types and all shield types that I tested) result was always:

Human - No bug
Dwarf - Always the bug

Dwarf was just looking stupid trying to connect with a barrel. There is actually a different very clumsy-looking animation instead of the normal. I can also guarantee that there was no problem before mod7. (There is nothing in the log, because there is never any hit happening.

Unfortuantely we don't have visibility of the bug reporting status whilst QA initially investigate the issue.

The Turbine owned US forum requires a US account to be able to post so unfortunately it's read-only for Codemasters customers in Europe.

Once bugs are confirmed by Turbine, there are some dev resources available to show they're working on things:
The DOG House (from US)
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=136474

But they're not that searchable and with the announcement future dev work announcements will be restircted to the press along with the loss of the WDA I feel you won't know when or even if your reported bug is going to be fixed, but I could be wrong.
Sorry to be negative, but I'm sure it will be something Turbine will work on, we just won't get feedback so watch the next release notes for Patch 1 or 2 for Mod7 would be my best advice.

AOE Damage spells will Prevent Inactive Mobs From Spawning/Activating . **Acknowledged!**

Be VERY careful with this guys. We had to run OOB and WK twice while reflagging
Caster dumped the Mexian diarrhea cloud before the encounter was triggered.
As a result the king refused to give an audience.
In OOB the named scorp didn't come up after a caster killed the small scorps with
a firewall.

Default Blade Barrier bug

I couldnt see this in the above list, but multiple blade barriers in both vale and desert seem to give mobs immunity from bb.

Thanks

Vik

Do I understand this correctly. QA is in US?
Bug reporting procedure has the following stages?

1. Bug reports received and understood (by whom, QA in US?)
2. Bug confirmed by QA (same people that receive reports?)
3. Bug listed as a known issue (by whom?)
4. Bug sent to some developer (by whom?)
5. Bug received and understood by some developer
6. Bug fix assigned to a developer
7. Bug fixed by the developer

Do we even know that some bug reports have been received and understood by QA? Are we in stage 1 or 2 (in handling a certain bug)? Is there any way to find out?

If some important/urgent bug report is sent to QA, for example by a GM, does he ever get an answer that it was received and understood? Or, lets assume that the person who got the mail is on summer vacation, what happens? There has to be some kind of emergency backup.

Let's assume that there would be a bug which makes all dwarves unable to make any attacks. Dwarves would be completely unplayable. Fixing the bug wouldn't be any faster?
