If you encounter any bugs/major issues in the PC version of the game, please report them in this thread.
Can you please restrict your posting in this thread purely to reporting bugs in order to make it easier to extract information.

The message may be a bit longer than expected but it gets to the point, Helios.
Thank you for your attention. Quote:

Found two bugs:
1. When playing the game, if you use the ammo select (default ' key) and use mouse scroll wheel to select the game will select your knife and from that point on the mouse scroll wheel will not work to select weapons/equipment and the mouse cursor will disappear from all in-game menus (esc menu, ammo box/equipment menu, and tutorial menu) The only way I could get the mouse cursor to come back was by restarting the game. 2. Alt+tab or ctrl+esc will minimize the game but it is not possible to restore the game. my equipment: Vista x64 4gb ram 2x ATI HD4850 x-fire catalyst 9.9 intel core 2 duo 3.2ghz Thanks! |

In online play You are unable to join a game through the friends list. Either with an invite or the join friends game option. It just gives you a connection failure message. You can join correctly through the server browser however. My friends and I were able to replicate it quite a few times last night.

Although I've made a post about this it seems that this thread would be the better place for it, as I'm not interested in 'discussing' it - just want to highlight the bug.
PC / AI Medic Behaviour (Ignores calls for aid) In the first mission, next to the hut where the jeep is originally parked, I entered into combat with the Chinese forces inside the building. I ordered my squad to assault the building - which they did. However, someone outside the building incapacitated me in the process. Despite multiple calls for the medic over a period of approximately 30 seconds, the medic (from what I could see) made no attempt to come and aid me, despite acknowledging my request on one occassion. I could see that the medic was not moving. However, after I had bled out completely the medic then decided to 'unfreeze' and come to my body - he was then subsequently shot by enemy AI who had since turned up. I believe that this is a bug in that the AI medic should have attempted or at least moved towards me within 30 seconds of my initial call for aid and the repeated calls for aid I made throughout as I could see the medic was doing nothing. I'd imagine this would likely be an issue for 360/PS3 customers. |

PC / AI Driving Behaviour (When Next To Fence)
On the first mission, I parked the jeep face on and touching a white wooden fence next to a blown out building (the building was already blown up as part of the landscape). To be clear, the jeep was not in anyway in contact with anything other then the fence. I got in as a passenger and requested the AI drive me to a location. The AI just revved the engine continuiously at the fence and did not attempt back up so that it could achieve the objective I had sat to it (move to a location). Net result is was sat there, facing the fence, listening to the AI rev the engine at the fence. The AI did not figure out how to resolve the situation. I am talking about the friendly AI, just so that's clear. I believe it's a pathfinding bug that the AI doesn't seem to know when/how to reverse vehicles and when it is necessary to do so at this time. I'd imagine the same goes for the 360/PS3 versions. |

one time I got stuck reloading. like there was not an animation or anything, I finished putting in the clip but the reloading sign never went away, and I couldn't fire or anything, I had to restart the mission.

Steam version, re-mapped keys. After "using" ammo crates or bodies, it is impossible to exit the inventory screen. I have literally pressed every single key on my keyboard and cannot exit the crate or body inventory after using it. This is going to make it nigh impossible for me to play\finish the game which sucks because it's clearly otherwise tons of fun. I have seen this bug mentioned on another website forum and in a different section of these forums.
