Ah right, off into the insults again. Fire away old lad, whilst you're wasting your time trying to upset me it means that you're leaving everybody else alone. Way to go keyboard warrior.

Ok, I bore too easily. For the record, I think Atlas was most likely banned for all the other verbally abusive posts he put around the forums. Remember, conflict is good, and insults work, just keep them civil and devious. |

If the game hadn't been called Operation Flashpoint, there would have been almost none of this with myself and other ArmA players. As it was, we were angry. As for A2 being too buggy to play. Bah..humbug, (it is almost chrimbo). It plays fine on my medium spec machine. As for the 500+ issues listed on dev heaven. Do you know why they are listed? Because it was created by players and fans, some are little niggly things that dont really matter, some are larger issues, there's no game breakers though, but the reason that fan/players have made that list: It's because the devs at BI give damn about their product and the players view of that product and its worth making that list because BI devs read it and act upon the issues with the most votes. Now viiiper, I have a question for you. There is a thread over on the BI forums, quite abig thread in Off Topic about dragon rising. Why do you think that thread has lasted longer that the game it is talking about? EDIT. My apologies...I did post in another thread re DR. Forgot... Last edited by bascule; 14-11-2009 at 04:17 PM. |

Oddly enough, I am part of a gamer demographic with more in my life than just sitting at home or in front of a gaming pc all day only playing games.
I am also smart enough that I know that the only way to get a change made is to let someone who can make a difference know. Communication is the key here, and it is just disappointing to have a moderator, someone allegedly of 'high standing' within the community only post with the intention of trollbaiting. My comments were naturally inflammatory as I feel cheated and disappointed, especially since now when I start up DR I am seldom, if ever able to find an Australian host at all. The people at risk of being let down, and those responsible are far more likely to read this forum, so what logic would there be in informing non-users and those using a comparable substitute unlikely to switch of the defects in a game they neither created or used. Please, before flaming me, attempt to use basic reasoning and logic skills. |
