Default Waving flags?

Used to be so easy to do - just a simple true or false ... i am sure it's been asked by now. Can you still get the flags to wave/animate?

Yea used to be pretty cool.
There were several flag mods out as well. They had flags from almost every country in the world it seemed.

Plus you had the onCamcreate function for creating cut-scenes .. a line of waving flags was always pretty cinematic to me.

No not OFDR .

But the way they just hang their limp and you really can't discern the nationality is just the way they looked in the original.
So i would hope they are meant to be given some life ... otherwise whats the point of even having them in their present state they look like *****.
