I thought this was a sequel to Operation Flashpoint but I cannot seem to find a way to look around while I'm running. I can't even lean/look around trees. I checked the control settings and it has the arrow keys to look right and left but that moves your player. What's up with that? Is there a hack of some sort to enable this? Can it be done with TrackIR? If so, then it should be an option for use without TrackIR.

Leaning is fully implemented into the game but it is disabled. Same thing with free look inside vehicles. The game files of the first version revealed them for fact.
No-one really knows why they are disabled. Perhaps there is some kind of a nasty bug associated with them that they could not fix? Maybe they disabled it because it wouldn't suit the console control scheme? Or maybe they want to sell them to console suckers as DLC? Only CM may know... |

When walking around, there is no option to move your head in another direction then your weapon. However, if you want to keep moving in a specific direction, but face another one, you could always sidewalk (For some reason soldiers sidewalk pretty fast in this game
).
