I can't find any information on this, tried a number of queries in the forum. Too much fluff
. Is it possible to delegate command of squad members to a human player? EG, I'd like to control squad member 3, and let my human coop player control squad member 4.

Other than using the "follow target" command, there is no way of anybody other than the fireteam leader having direct control over squadmember movements/engagements. Fustrating, yes. A flaw, no. This game is designed so that, without proper fireteam movements and coordination, you'll get mulched.
Peace. msg me xbl GypsyFibbs to arrange matchs, IF YOU DARE MWAHAHAHA!

Well, that sucks. So, the next question would be if its possible to edit the OC missions to create a second squad for player 2 to control. Lets try not to spend any time talking about balancing issues on this request, its a good game, its fun, but my buddy wants to have squad control too
Right now, it seems like my only option is to create custom missions, but the campaign is very well done, nicely scripted too, so If its doable, I'd be pretty thrilled.

Well, although fireteams move as a unit, in real life you can have buddy teams. I.e. the SAW gunner and his assistant (regular rifleman). Its it worth having in the game? Probably not. I'd rather play without AI lacking one guy than having to deal with the radial.
