Default This is pretty neat. audio recording

With the the way things are going im sure ill regret posting this. But thought it may bea treat for anyone that wants to know how the sounds are gotten. Heck proabaly an old post.

Have nothing bad to say about the audio in this game whatsoever, the sound design team excelled and did a great job, its a pitty that the audio is actually one of the strongest parts of the entire game.

That's cool, but many games use the same method so it's not really anything new. I don't really like or hate the sound in this game, I just think it's allright, no more, no less.


Edit: I mean that the sound is good, but it doesn't really impress me because it's pretty standard to do live recordings of vehicles & weapons for games these days.

I beg to differ on that. COD4 sure didint use real weapons for thier sounds. Though game like Americas Army, SOCOM did I belive. It rare to see game industry using real sounds, most everything is just recycled Counterstike sounds or something else provided. Turning into the Wilhelm scream I swear hehe. especialy when it can to vehicles. So I was pretty impressed with this.
