If you want to get the attention of the company, this forum is not how to do it...by the way. They are under no obligation to provide a forum or respond or even read a forum. Complaints in the forum are not registered or even counted, your complaints dont count unless you contact the Complaint Department, seriously.
Contact them directly: (NOTICE HOW NOWHERE IT SAYS "CONTACT US ON THE FORUMS")

and considering the word is getting out fast and furios about this games issues and short combings..CM has to relaize the consumer is under no obligation to buy this game either.
the bashing of this games issues has started in earnest on other websites. I have visited 5 so far that all will not support this game currently and do not recommend a buy to thier members. Thats a lot of people. One website alone has over 3,000 members and a lot who are admins and clan owners from many many pc clans. bad news travels so fast its gone around the world before good news has had a chance to put its pants on.

If you go through the customer service department that means your complaint REGISTERS as an official complaint by the numbers, and is reviewed by VP's and Directors. Also, just knowing office politics one department reporting on ANOTHER will get you more attention than just sending love notes in the forum that they can decide to read or not...and probably want to keep a SECRET ABOUT HOW BADLY THEY MADE ANY MISTAKE
WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT--THEY CANNOT KEEP IT A SECRET. Forums are practically useless, almost. |
