As above, definately not realistic looking, but it has a nice mood to it. In some situations the colour has too much contrast, in others everything seems washed out. One of them seems to have some kind of blue filter applied to it :\
Not exactly "below par" as some people have been stating but not exactly state-of-the-art either. But hey, OFP is not all about the graphics is it

the screenshots look horrible on full screen! especially the fooliage and the grass look terrible. Some games allready have almost photo realistic graphics. check this picture
http://www6.incrysis.com/screenshots/2pblu.jpg I must admit you need a super computer to run this game on very high on the highest resolution with 60 FPS. i dont think there is a graphics card that managed to do that with crysis You can see clearly that the graphics are outdated of opflash 2. I know I know its not all about graphics. but if i play a new game and it looks like its 4 years old i just dont like it as much. Last edited by sygys22; 07-10-2009 at 08:44 AM. |

here a hd movie of its physics.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jNjejLs35o especially on 3.30 min its stunning what they made man! the only problem was their lack of support for the online community. it would have been insane to see opflash 2 running on the cryengine 2. On the gallery here there were some high rendered pictures far more beautyfull then the game really looks like. those pictures have been used to promote this game and were the first to be released. Now its nothing but pre rendered lies! |

I know its about tactics and stuff and im sure gonna buy it! i loved the first opflash!
In opflash 1 you had a crosshair who was built up out of 2 seperated parts. the first was the possition where you aimed at and the second was illustrating the actual aiming point wich moved when shot, recoil and was moving away when shot to the arm. Also in the opflash 1 there was the ability to move the cursor on screen while not moving the screen well atleast within a radius of the screen. That was awsome! i mentioned in the trailers and stuff this is no longer in opflash 2 wich i think is a pitty. That was one of its functionalities never seen before in any game. And i think its never been used in any shooter later on |

10 times better than OFP1. After 1 hour of playing you'll love it!
