Default CM plz consider MP Solution (Xbox 360)

I wanted really to just throw this idea out there, I recently heard of the new XServer being implemented with a game called "Section 8" and I would like CM to consider doing this for Current OF: DR or future sequels. Here is the description.

Quote:
XServer features include:

32 player server capacity
Remote administration tools
Ability to associate a clan tag with your server
Additional server customization options not found when hosting Xbox 360 listen servers from in-game, such as message of the day, time limit, victory point score limit etc.

How Does It Work?

The XServer is a command-line interface which allows advanced users to host a dedicated server for the Xbox 360 from their Windows PC. There is no graphical user interface (GUI), so users should be experienced with using the command line before attempting to host an XServer.

The XServer download package includes a Readme with instructions for how to get your server up and running.

What Do I Need To Run XServer?

In order to host an XServer, you will need the following:
XServer Installer (obtained through this form)
XServer unique access key (obtained through this form)
A unique Live Gamer Tag
Since a single Gamertag cannot be logged in twice, you will need to create a second Gamertag if you plan to use your first one to play in-game on your Xbox 360
GFWL Gamertags can be created for free at Microsoft’s website

You will also need a PC with the following minimum system requirements:
Operating System: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1, Windows 7
RAM (Memory): 2 GB
Processor (CPU): 2.0 GHz or better
Free Hard Drive Space: 4 GB
Broadband internet connection

Please note that XServer performance is largely reliant on your internet connection. Standard home broadband connections may not be sufficient to host up to 32 players, and typically require a business-class connection to run smoothly. If you experience lag, consider reducing the maximum number of players on your server.
Thoughts anyone?

If it was possible, i think CM would already have thought this over.

This was just a suggestion sense most of the focus for OF: DR was on co-op and single player.

This would not be a problem for me but 100% of my freinds/clan is on console and telling them all to switch to PC is like PC gamers telling all there freinds to go out and buy consoles. Plus I would have to go to the majority (not all ) of there home all across the country and build and set up there rig for them . it would be a whole lot easier having there xbox's connect to mine.

Yeah. 4v4 is laughable.

I'm surprised at the specs for the PC version, that seems a bit low end.

Lol,

Dedicated servers for the pc are possible, but I doubt that was even considered, since it's easier to rehash the P2P stuff they have for the console version.

It's called optimization - watch the intel/codemasters video mate

I would love to think that expanding the MP on consoles would be something the devs were planning, keep you fingers crossed
