How To: Custom Uniform Images

Does anyone know how I can make a custom uniform like this one?

If you know please tell me so I may create my own because this is an awesome skin.

Buy owning a DLSR and taking your own images. Or you can search all of the Internet and you might be able to find some nice quality images. But if they have been compressed/resized, it will be a nightmare to cut out.

I noticed the things you added to your sig need a major sprinkling of the sharpening tool.

You have to scroll all the way down and click the forums button. They recently added some advertisement to the front so they could pay the webhoting bills.
