Default 7th Amy Reserve Command Recruiting (360)

Greetings,
I am Gen Rock92 (Sergeant Rock92), I am the head of 7th ARCOM (Army Reserve Command) you may email/message me via XBL or any of the 7th ARCOM staff members regarding enlistment into 7th and the multiple pathways that you may take during your stay within 7th, if I do not have an answer for your question I will find someone within 7th who knows the answer and I will get back to you within 48 hours or less.

About Army Reserve Command

Welcome to the Army Reserve Command recruiting thread. We are an Army based unit playing exclusively on the Xbox 360, possible PC. We are a realism unit, meaning we operate within 7th similar to the way one would operate in the real military. This authenticity is even recreated to an extent for our ‘Force Structure’. 7th as a whole is a REAL Command Unit which encompasses several of today’s best fighting units in the world.

Within 7th, there are two Platoons and one Special Forces Group. Each Platoon holds 2 Squads while each squad generically holds 4 members, although this number is subject to change for certain circumstances. The units that 7th features are as follows:

26th MEB (Maneuver Enhancement Brigade)
The 26th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade or 26th MEB is an Combat Service Support Brigade . Its headquarters is maintained by the 7th Army Reserve Command, It is the modern incarnation of the 26th Infantry Division.

• 26th MEB is 7th's only unit that features infantry and armor support

• Utilizes the M2A3 Bradley IFV and M1A2 SEP or M1A2 TUSK

Rapid Response Tactical Operations
• US Army Special Forces

• The operators within RRTO have more flexibility with weapons and the use of FAVs; they will be able to qualify for different weapon systems and vehicle systems.

• The Rapid Response Tactical Operations is not capable sustained combat team, The 1st SFG(A) is more of a ‘shoot n scoot’ or ‘Bag n Tag’ unit, operators within the RRTO utilize more hit and run tactics whilst encompassing stealth, aggressiveness, shock and violence of action to obtain victory.

• The RRTO will have some of 7th best riflemen, combat medics and marksman available for use; communication is a key aspect of daily life within the RRTO although responsibilities do not just stop on the battlefield. As in real life, All RRTO within the Special Forces community are teachers so you must be able to instruct AIT or BCT to advance in the SF community.

7th also utilizes an accurate ranking structure that is faithfully recreated to follow the US Army chain of command. Unlike most units within the TR (Tactical Realism) community, ranks are not easy to achieve. In most TR units, the leadership starts at the upper echelon of Senior NCO ranks, or even within the Officer tier level ranks. Our ranking structure is made specifically so that leadership starts early. 7th ARCOM is a serious unit, and I emphasize Command because there is a difference between command and clans/units. One might even describe 7th ARCOM as a community although you must realize that you are entering our community and you will need to abide by our rules that are laid fourth in the early development of this command. That includes respect on our forums, on the battlefield, and in game lobbies. Disrespect is not tolerated within 7th whether it is to a subordinate, superior, or any other non-7th member. You will always need to uphold a level of discipline and respect so that the public favors 7th ARCOM rather than resents, if you cannot do so, please do not sign up to join 7th.

7th will not discriminate based on race, age, sex, creed, religion or nationality. All prospect members and non-7th personnel are welcome on our website; likewise, they may tag along with us during some of our operations. Now, understand that we usually will not address others by rank in a game lobby although or even in a game for that fact, although there will be times when we get serious and refer to others by rank. On our forums, we always respect the rank by referring to the person in question by rank when talking to other members within the command or while we are communicating via the internet. The same goes for the whole ‘yes sir, no sir, hooah sir”. If you cannot stand calling somebody older or younger or even less qualified than you in the real world by rank or by sir or maam, please let one of the Commanding officers know and we will not hold you a countable
Even so; you would still be expected to have respect for your subordinate and superior officers. This system is in place so that there can be a strong backbone within our unit to fall back upon whilst bringing our units organization to an even greater level. Obviously age is a factor with ‘realism units’ by all accounts and once again, 7th will not discriminate based upon a prospect members age. If the prospect member has a level maturity that is acceptable by our standards, there is no reason why he or she should not be welcomed within our command only that he/she will be place in a lower level class.

If you like, structure, organization and think you have what it takes then visit our recruiting website at www.7tharcom.webs.com after checking out our website you can visit the ‘Forums’ tab and fill out an enlistment form to be reviewed for a position within 7th Army Reserve Command. Upon approval, you will be scheduled for a meeting with one of the 7th recruiters to confirm your intentions.

The 7th ARCOM also has a GB team for flashpoint, and will be setting up some tryouts later in the future.

Regards,
Gen” Sergant Rock92

Hello Knee,

I am BG Singleton I am the CO of ASOC although I am on LOA due to my xbox recieving a wonderful red ring. Being that I am the person that actually wrote the thread, I can safely say that 'his' recruitment thread is simply our recruitment thread with his clans name stenciled in. If you wish for me to post both recruitment threads and simply highlight exactly how much of the thread is identical of ours (because its copied and pasted) I will.
