Preorder items

Hi Guys,

It has come to our attention that some characters are not receiving certain preorder items that they should, we are investigating this and will update you when we have further information

was heisst das auf deutsch? ich kann kein english,
habe heute meine anderen Chars mit der preorder erstellt nach dem Update und keine Preorder Items mehr bekommen

Kurz und knapp:
Das Problem mit den fehlenden Preorder items ist bekannt und es wird daran gearbeitet.

Hi,

Thank you for telling us, that you are aware of the problem. It was rather irritating to get my ticket market as resolved yesterday, without hearing a thing. That was before your posting went up.

Though that could be because I wrote that my box was "shopping" and I was still on preorder (which might be up by now?).
Of course I meant "shipping"! Ye ye ye, full box (LE) arriving today. ;-)

Hopefully this connectionspeed-fix will help me experience WW in a full group now.

If this helps for information, day before yesterday I got that problem, the item for the Limited Edition did apear however, only the preorder items where missing.

I'm guessing it was just a mistake with the patch. Maybe something in the "localisation", unless of course the US members are also experiencing the problem, in which case, blame them!

I trust the investigation will cover the missing headstart items too.

The preorder items are the headstart items. Unless you mean the founder helms, in which case they are included in a later patch.

This has been confirmed as a bug in the patch and is being worked on, we will get this 're-patched'

as soon as we can. Sorry about the inconvenience. The pre-order items will appear in an chars made during this time though.

Human error meant we missed this when QA'ing the current patch but we have fixed that problem now and as you can understand we are making sure the patch works before getting it out on the live servers.

Bear with us, it will not be long.
