talk to the clerk of kinships when you reach lvl15 iirc

I think that you need to have 6 members within 24 hours to keep the kinship 'alive' (that is, not be deleted)

correct

think if your kinship falls bellow 6 members at any time your kinship will auto disband too although id guess youd get 24 hours to recruit more members before you disband.. basicly 6 members is the lowest number of members you need to keep your kinship alive
