Skill Crits
I was wondering which stat increases our damage skill critical rate? Also is there anyway of telling what the actual percentage is?
Im sorry if this is posted elsewhere I had a look and couldn't find anything. Im also sorry if this is blatantly obvious and im just being thick. Thanks for your help. |

Wait for The Big June patch.
Rumor has is that crit'ing for captains and minstrels will switch to being fate dependant, and that we might even get some info on this on the character screen. Check out the preliminary patch notes: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=63576 Scroll down to the section New Stats on the Character Panel. My guess is that a Minstrels songs, or atleast the heals, will fall under the Tactical category. And that this category will be fate dependant.

Ruleset for the healer/tank combo: The main priority of the tank is to keep mobs off the healer. The main priority of the healer is to keep the tank alive. If the healer dies it's the tanks fault. If the tank dies it's the healer's fault. |
