Minstrel Class Traits - What they do and where to get them

Battle Hymn

• Description: Gives you morale regen in-combat when you use Anthem of Valar
• Where to get it: Battle-Hymn Deed (use Anthem of Valar)

Focused Performance

• Description: Reduces cast time of your skills by 10%
• Where to get it: Focused Performance Deed (Evade Enemy Attacks)

Glorious Anthem

• Description: Increases Effect duration of all anthems by 15 seconds
• Where to get it: Completing Level 30 Minstrel Class Quest

Harmonious Melody

• Description: Increases the duration of the skills that allow you to play the next tier of song by 5 seconds
• Where to get it: Harmonious Melody Deed (Use Ballads)

Herald's Hammer

• Description: Increases the damage done by your Herald's Strike by 100% (It doubles the damage done)
• Where to get it: Herald's Hammer Deed (Hit Enemies with Heralds Strike)

Life-Singer

• Description: reduces the power cost of all morale healing skills by 10%
• Where to get it:Life-Singer Deed (Use Healing songs)

Light in the Dark

• Description: Increases the damage done of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Songs by 10% (Which is 10 points of damage at level 50)
• Where to get it: Light in the Dark Deed (Use Ballad of Resonance)

Medium Armour-use

• Description: Allows the use of Medium Armour
• Where to get it: Level 15 Minstrel Class Quest

Powerful Voice

• Description: decreased the power cost of all cries by 5%
• Where to get it: Powerful Voice Deed (Use your cries)

Smooth Voice

• Description: Disables damage done by Ballad of Vigour and Ballad of balance, Increases thier cast time and Increases the Buff Length.
• Where to get it: Smooth Voice Deed (Use Piercing Cry)

Strength of Voice

• Description: Increases the duration of the buff of tier 3 songs by 10 seconds
• Where to get it: Strength of Voice deed (Use Ballad of War)

Unrelenting

• Description: Reduces the cooldown of Piercing Cry by 3 seconds, If you land a critical strike (which for some reason seems to happen often) your enemy will be stunned (not sure how long)
• Where to get it: Unrelenting Deed (Land Critical hits with Piercing Cry)

Graceful Demeanour

• Description: Reduces the Cast Time of all revival skills by 2 seconds, Increases amount of morale player is revived with by 20%, Increases amount of power player is revived with by 30%
• Where to get it: Graceful Demeanour (Successfully Revive Players with Enlivening Grace)

Heralded Saviour

• Description: Enables buffs for yourself, lowers cooldown by 1min, increases duration to 20sec (Thanks Wiaz)
• Where to get it: Herald'ed Saviour (Use Song of Aid)

Silver Tongue

• Description: Reduces Song cooldown by 3 seconds
• Where to get it: Silver Tongue Deed (Use Cry of Chorus)

Subtle Movements

• Description: Reduces Threat Generated by Skills by 25 (without knowing more about threat, this 25 could mean anything, however it can only be a good thing)
• Where to get it: Subtle Movement Deed (Use Song of Soothing)

Anthem of the Wizards (Legendary)

• Description: To a maxium of 3 targets withing a range 5 of the target, it deals 330 damage, reduces movement speed to 30% (aka by 70%?), reduces attack speed to 20% (aka by 80%?) for 30 seconds.
  (by 70% and by 80% sound a bit much to me, I think my must just be badlly written)
• Where to get it: Completing the Book: Valour's Marches

Rally! (Legendary)

• Description: An in combat version of Enlivening Grace
• Where to get it: Completing the Book: Not sure which one!

Song of the Hopeful Heart (Legendary)

• Description: A +4 party hope buff (I suspect that it doesn't stack -unconfirmed-)
• Where to get it: not sure, either book or class quest

Unknown (Legendary)

• Description: Theres a 4th Lengendary not sure it's either from the 3rd book or from the class quest depending on where song of the hopeful heart comes from

Here is some more info on the Legendary Traits, which i saved from the Beta Forum.

The Rising Chord: Song of the Hopeful Heart - This song enables you to lessen the dread of your peers while you continue to sing. (area buff, giving 4 hope in a small area centered on where you cast it. If you move outside that area, you lose the hope buff. Lasts up to 5mins, cooldown 10mins.)

Pages; 3, 4, 11, 14, 16, 23, 27, 28.
First 4 pages found from orcs in the orc cave and uruk cave in West Angmar. Other 4 pages can be found from Wrights (and maybe other mobs) in Imlad Achor in East Angmar.

Valour's Marches: Anthem of the Istari - This skill calls upon song to blast your enemies with an area-of-effect light that will slow the creatures who are hit by it. You will have a short window after playing a tier 3 song to play one of these and it will reset your ballad counter back to start.

You get 4 Pages from the Morroval in southern Angmar
i've no idea where to get the other 4
