Ranger Spells

Hi,

can someone please verify if "cure light wounds" is a 1 st or 2nd lvl spell for a ranger?

I have a lvl 3 ranger with 14 wisdom and not yet got the spell. I have been advised i get the spell at Ranger lvl 4 however.

It seems the Ranger spells kick in differently to the other spell casting classes.
