lol no u dont - can you set incoming type for partychat tells too? then you wont ever miss tells anymore. rightclick on partychat and set it

not true... even if the player is not online, as long as there is no error in the /tell command the line will be sent (with someone to receive it or not!!!)

you only got error, when the command is wrong or if the guy is occupied (afk)
