Event: The 1st Annual Stormreach Music Festival
 Here is a chance for you to mix and mingle with your fellow DDO players, and maybe win some prizes. Alongside the festival will be a bard competition, where you can showcase your lyrical skills. The event is to be held on the 21st of May at 8pm BST on the Boldrei server. You are invited to create a bard to compete, even if Boldrei is not your home server! Signups for the event are located on the Legends homepage- www.legendsguild.co.uk . We are also looking for judges for the event, and there is a separate signup for this as well. We hope you can participate in this great event, and though roleplay in encouraged, it is not required (as long as you don’t raise a ruckus- we’ll have security on the premises). Rules for the event can be found at www.legendsguild.co.uk along with other information. See you there!

no need to spam every possible place about it tho. think everyone has read it in general forum.
nice idea btw  PS: On Bordeli server? why ? pick Lyrandar instead. its the server with the best players and more nice people in DDO Europe.

Because I wanted to make sure that everyone had the chance to see the announcment. Some only visit the general forum, and never the server forum, or vice versa.
This way, unless they don't visit the forums at all, no one can say they didn't know about it Now that' it's a "news" item as well...maybe It is a little overadvertised, but hey- it should be fun.
