Hello,
I hope some Community Manager could answer these few questions for me: Sooner or later this game will need german community Representatives for the german-speaking LoTRO-Community. Is it possible to apply for this position in some way ? Will it be announced when these positions are available ? If yes, where will this be announced ? Is there a European community team yet ? In which country would the position of a german online community representative takes place ? Also: Please be honest: Is there a possibility that at this stage of development, the dev-Team picks up ideas from community members, analyses them and maybe even implements innovative ideas into the game ? Thanks in advance, Asklepios |

Hi Asklepios,
Indeed as this community grows we will need more representatives to watch over and assist people. We are very fortunate to have Alchemic Dream that work with us and for the most part those guys and gals will be the people that assist us. However, I'm a keen fan of getting the community involved and therefore, if the need arises and there is a particularly willing and appropriate member of the community available then we would offer this opportunity out. Right now, I would suggest that you apply to Alchemic Dream as I believe they are hiring. You can visit their website and see their vacancies on their recruitment page. As for the question regarding community input to the game. We are fortunate that there is still quite a bit of time on our side which means that some things aren't set in stone and Turbine will look to the community for suggestions and feedback. There is every chance they will still do this for certain aspects of the game and that they have been working from early ideas and feedback up until now. You should always post your thoughts because they can't read them if you don't share them ![]() As well as the devs that read the forums, Patience and I will regularly collate ideas and comments and bundle them in a report which the teams read. Good luck with everything!
