Questions about pre-ordering the expansion

I pre-ordered the expansion last night online. I was very surprised not to get an e-mail confirmation of the purchase. Usually if I order anything online, I get at least one e-mail by way of receipt.

Anyway, I know it worked because all my characters now have the free cloak. I got the super special version, so should also be in line for adventurer's pack and mount. What I'd like to know, however, is when we get these other features (shared bank space, etc.). Is it when the expansion is released, or a bit earlier?

You get the other stuff once SoM goes live, just the cloak just now.
